I understand that there is a monthly membership fee of £10 for my child which must be paid on the 1st of each month. (contact Jack for Details of how to pay)

Tickets*

I understand that I can book tickets for performances, but it is my responsibility to pay for these tickets and all monies must be paid in on or before the Sunday of show week, Tickets are none refundable.

Attendance*

I understand that if my child cannot attend a rehearsal i must make a member of the production team aware.

Supervison*

I understand that as a parent/carer we would really like your help and support at rehearsals/shows, helping us prepare and put the shows on.

Confirmation*

All information provided is correct and if any thing changes i will inform the production team as soon as possible
